Howard's Baptism Photo

I'm working on a group of images from a family gathering we had in 2004 or 2005.  People brought photos and I scanned them.  This image is of Howard's baptism.  Karen, Nieta come to my rescue, I think I have identified all the people correctly.  Also, can you tell me what year it is?  The trees in this photo have no leaves, which makes me think winter.  I've cropped this photo, on the one side in the original there looks to be a pile of fur coats.  Would Elsie, Anna and Lydia have worn fur coats?  Nieta, did you ever have a fur coat?  


Also, who did the baptism?  Did it take place at Ebenezer church?  Stan thinks it would have been Uncle Bill Hayes, but he does not remember that day.  He does remember the day Howard was born as he said he skipped out of school to go see him at the hospital.    I have that Howard was born Nov 8, 1937.   Interestingly, Frank Hayes, Anna's husband had died in on the 18th of August in 1937.
