Ruth Kortemeier was 90 on March 27. We had a low-key celebration with Ann's (our 27-year-old) homemade macaroons. This is the social area in Ken and Ruth's wing of Wesley Willows, where they set up a family dining area for us when we visit, and where Mom and Dad come for music, movies and conversation. Both are doing well. Of how old she is, Ruth says, "I might as well be 100 or 105!"
